Jamie Smith, Facilitator
Jamie has a passion for professional development, cognitive research, and purposeful conversations that lead to productive outcomes for children, their families, and the communities they live and work in. She uses strength-based coaching models while incorporating whole-body/whole-mind approaches to learning. Maria Carmen Parra, Community Organizer
Maria is a mother of four, who is passionate about education, justice and equity throughout our society. She has experience engaging and supporting local families to advocate for systems change. Education is her focus – children and families deserve fair and equitable treatment throughout Monterey County. Stephanie McMurtrie, Project Manager
Stephanie brings a public health perspective to programmatic design and implementation, including research and data analysis. Consulting services are provided with a primary focus on health outcomes, including project design and management, research and evaluation, data analysis, facilitation, grant writing and organizational support to nonprofits, foundations, initiatives, and government agencies.
