Learn more about our current systems to be able to implement strategies that will expand access around our County!
Join us Friday, April 20th or Wednesday, April 25th to deepen our understanding of the early care and education systems in Monterey County, and strategize for aligned action to expand access to quality care.
Both dates will be working sessions designed to make a “step change” in the way we are collectively approaching this work.
During both sessions, we will:
- Bring together available data and identify gaps that need to be filled before we can take action.
- Make meaning of the data, using systems analysis tools to look at the whole picture and building a shared understanding of problems and potential solutions.
- Discuss scenarios related to the different strategies we identify, or are implementing already, and move the group into action planning to move forward with clear, shared goals and aligned strategies.
We intend for the outcomes to be used by the ECD Advisory Group in the “Strategic Plan for Early Childhood Development in Monterey County” as well as by individual organization’s to inform their investment strategies.
