Making Over Motherhood May 4 – 8

During this difficult time, daily life looks very different for most. Many moms are feeling more overwhelmed, confused, and lonely than ever before — especially those that are pregnant or have newborns. Maternal depression or anxiety looks different for everyone, and isn’t always clearly identifiable.

Join Bright Beginnings for Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week starting this Monday, May 4 through Friday, May 8. To learn more about BlueDot Project’s Awareness Week, click here.

Help us spread the word! Together, we can lift stigma and raise awareness in a bigger way to let even more mothers know they do not have to suffer in silence.

  • Take the Making Over Motherhood Challenge: Be a part of the process of unpacking the complications of life and motherhood together as we push to #MakeOverMotherhood.

  • Join the BlueDot Project for the 5-day challenge by posting your motherhood images, which can be light-hearted or serious, or by reposting others’.
