Five community leaders from Pajaro completed their training as promotoras – community health workers.
The training was provided by the Center for Community Advocacy (CCA) and Pajaro Valley Prevention and Student Assistance (PVPSA), as part of the Pajaro CAT’swork to better support parents in their community.
The promotoras will now begin working to bridge local families and needed support services.
