Building on the national Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week campaign May 4-10, 2026, we honor Maternal Mental Health Awareness all Spring!

Up to 50% of mental health issues before, during and after pregnancy go undiagnosed or untreated. To shine a light on how normal perinatal anxiety and depression is, and that support is close by, we are hosting events across the county to spark discussions, bring awareness, reduce stigma, and connect people to resources and each other. We have something for everyone– whether you are on a birthing journey; a doula, doctor or practitioner; or just someone who cares. Join us!
