Bright Beginnings has been a central coordinator of strategic action on early childhood in Monterey County since 2012. The Initiative uses a collective impact approach to scale-up effective strategies and maximize the impact of resources to support young children and their families. This report outlines key acitivites and results in 2016-2017, and gives a brief overview of future priorities.
